Theo is the national leader for Romania and also part of the M4 Europe leadership team.
Theo is a church planter as well as a consultant and coach, both in the church world and in the corporate world. He is the founder and CEO of Advance OÜ, a coaching and consulting company, and he is also a consultant with Strametz & Associates LLC, an HR-consulting and leadership-development company from Germany. He is part of the leadership board of the M4 church planting organization, assisting leaders in implementing M4 in new nations. Theo is the husband of the most wonderful Merle, the son of Petre - the second most influential person in his life, and a follower of Jesus Christ.

Craig Hamer is a pastor and church planter in Estonia. He is the administrator for M4 Europe. Craig is also part of the M4 Estonia leadership team. Craig’s passion is seeing people grow in their faith and reach their full potential in the kingdom of God. Craig is married to Reena and has 4 children.

Miguel is passionate about people finding Jesus and seeing the kingdom expand in Estonia and the world. Miguel is married and has 4 children.
M4 is built around the ABC's of church planting: Assessment, Basic Training and Coaching. We have created an online & interview system for assessment that helps leaders find the right church planting candidates. Our basic training, allows for, not just for content, but a unique environment for planters and their teams to guide them during the first 2-3 years of their church plant. Coaching, conducted by experienced planters and leaders, helps teams take their plans from a dream to reality. The content in the training platform has been developed from 30 years of church planting experience in the European context, and it formed around these four topics: Master; Mission; Multiplication and Movement.

M4 Estonia believes that finding the right church planters is essential to planting a healthy church. Also, a planter, if married, needs the support of their spouse. Through our Assessment process lead by Miguel Zayas, we seek to assess each planter and their spouse before they begin the M4 process. THis assessment helps them to learn about themselves and the church they feel lead to plant. We focus on 4 areas, Calling, Character, Competence, and Chemistry.
